Top 3 Healthy Snacks That Travel Well

Hi everyone!  So I just want to write a quick post about a few healthy snack ideas that are great for when you are on the run and/or travelling,

1.  Granola Bars

For travelling, I like packaged granola bars because they are less messy and less perishable.  This is not a sponsored post, but I especially like KIND bars because they are low in sugar and rich in healthy proteins and fats.

2. Trail Mix

I like making homemade trail mix because that way it is heavy in nuts and less sugary.  I like a combination of lightly salted nuts, unsweetened dried fruit, and dark chocolate chips.  Pack each serving of trail mix in a baggie so that it's easy to grab and go.

3.  Beef Jerkey

Although it can be high in sodium, beef jerkey is rich in lean protein, making it a filling snack.  As with the trail mix, pack each serving of jerkey in a baggie.
